Victor Quan

Victor graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Marketing. He has been in the insurance industry for almost 20 years. He is an independent agent for personal, commercial, and Medicare Options.

By being an independent agent, Victor represents many insurance companies to suit the needs and budget of his clients. His goal is to customize insurance protection for each family by providing ongoing professional consultation and service.

Born and raised in Southern California, Victor and his wife Kathleen have been married since 2001 and reside in Fullerton. Kathleen is a registered nurse at UC Irvine Medical Center, while their son Morgan (12) is interested in computer engineering. Victor’s passions include martial arts, mountain biking, and playing poker (where he first met Kathleen).
