Macaela received a B.S. in Journalism with an emphasis in Strategic Communication at the University of Kansas in its William Allen White School of Journalism and Mass Communications. Upon graduation in May of 2017, she also completed a minor in Business. She is currently pursuing her MBA with a concentration in Marketing Analytics at California State University, Fullerton.

As Event & Marketing Coordinator, Macaela maintains the website, manages social media accounts, creates and monitors ads, designs marketing collateral, and writes copy for marketing purposes. She also orchestrates FAN events, oversees marketing operations, and client relations. Over the past few years, she has worked at Maritz Motivation Solutions and Allstate Insurance.

Macaela loves running, hiking, traveling, and anything involving the outdoors. Her favorite trip so far has been her honeymoon with Dane Fahey exploring Denmark, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
